Growing up surrounded by a plethora of fast food, diet plans, diet pills, and diet food, and endless promises, of weight loss, health, and beautiful skin…I did not know what end was up.
I grew up thinking that counting calories and vigorous exercise was the only way to stay thin. It was a tiresome, and painful, way to live my life. I was drained both emotionally, and physically, I was always moody, and I experienced bouts of insomnia.
Regardless of weight, or skincare regimen, my skin was a mess.
At a very young age, I decided enough was enough, and became determined to find a better answer. I spent countless hours desperately digging through mountains of nutritional propaganda. My efforts were slow, i.e.—how could milk “build strong bones,” yet have such a debilitating affect on my skin, and sinuses?
After years of my own research, I discovered Certified Nutritionist, Natalia Rose’s first book. Her words shed a new light on my world and increased my desire to delve deeper into the relationship between food, nutrition and health.
As a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and student of Natalia Rose, I integrated the most helpful concepts into the “pure bliss” program.
Discovering the beauty within is a process that begins with the smallest step in the right direction. It would be my pleasure to help guide and serve you on this wonderful journey.
