FAQ
Do I have to become a vegetarian/vegan?
Absolutely not! I enjoy foods like raw goats cheese and fish, myself.
But I enjoy my steak…
That is fine for now. You will learn the cleanest way to enjoy your steak so that your body can function optimally.
But I love dessert…
Cool. Me too! I always have dark chocolate in my purse (no jk!) and there are some wonderful ice creams available.
Do I have to eat all raw?
Raw foods can be a wonderful source of vitamins, minerals and enzymes but…if not eaten correctly, your body cannot absorb all of those wonderful nutrients. Everyone adapts to this lifestyle differently, I am not a Raw Foodist, a Vegan or a Vegetarian. I eat foods that my body can more easily breakdown and assimilate. Natalia Rose calls these foods, “Quick Exit” foods—or foods that leave your body more quickly. It is not necessary to eat all raw to accomplish this. In fact, if raw foods are miscombined, they can be just as degenerating as steak and potatoes.
I think this is all too extreme for me…
As I said, everyone adapts to this lifestyle differently. It has been almost three years and I feel wonderful but I am not a Raw Foodist, Vegan or Vegetarian. A couple minor changes in one’s diet is all that is needed to begin to feel the benefits of this wonderful lifestyle.
